My Cat Has Disappeared From His Food Bowl:
My normally devoted feline companion has suddenly turned into a discerning eater. I've tried everything to entice him: premium kibble, wet food, even those tempting chicken treats he usually can't resist. But nothing seems to tempt him anymore.
I'm worried. He's always been a good eater, and this sudden change in his behavior has me baffled. Could it be a medical issue? I've scheduled a visit with the vet, but until then, I'm at a loss.

Suddenly Shy: Why has My Cat Vanishing From Me?
Has your normally affectionate feline suddenly become a recluse, sneaking away at the mere glimpse of you? Avoid panic! Or, it could simply be that your cat needs some extra space.
- Pay attention to any changes in their behavior. Are they drinking normally? Do they seem agitated? This can give you clues as to what might be upsetting them.
- Consider any recent changes in their environment. Has there been a move, a new pet? Cats are creatures of habit, and even small alterations can throw them off.
- Give your cat their space if they seem shy. Don't force interaction; instead, let them approach you on their own terms.
If your cat's sudden shyness persists or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms, it's always best to reach out to your veterinarian.
